Media in Slovenia

In this episode of "Continent," the international media magazine, Golli Marboe examines the media landscape in Slovenia. This small country, with roughly the same population as the greater Vienna area, is going through a difficult period. There is much discussion surrounding the funding of the news agency and public broadcasting. We speak with journalist Borut Mekina, who works for a magazine that could perhaps be compared to Profil or Falter in Slovenia; this magazine is called Mladina. We also speak with Natalija Gorščak, the former director of public broadcasting in Slovenia.
